HOW DOES IT WORK?

The UPVC used in our systems is thermoplastic, which means it can be repeatedly melted and reformed. As a result it can be recycled easily and cost effectively.

Vista Therm Performance is the latest innovation from CareyGlass International. A triple glazed unit offering the highest level of insulation in the market with a U value as low as 0.4W/m²K. Double glazed units can offer 1.0 w/m2k.

Sound Reduction

Triple glazing has a further benefit in its ability to insulate against noise. If you live beside a busy road or an airport triple glazing will eliminate noise pollution.

Generally, thicker the glass, the better it is at reducing noise. However, glass has a natural coincidence frequency. Any thickness of glass will have a pitch at which it actually amplifies the sound rather than stopping it. This is why double and triple glazed windows are recommended to counteract the coincidence frequency.
